By accessing and using the CheatGarden platform ("Service"), you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with these terms in full, you must immediately stop using the Service. The Service provides digital software products available for purchase through the platform. All transactions are governed by these terms and applicable law.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you need to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your credentials secure
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all actions taken using your account
• Keep your contact email address up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or block accounts that violate these terms.

3. Products and Licensing

All products available on the platform are licensed, not sold. Upon purchasing a valid subscription, CheatGarden grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for personal purposes on one device per license key.

• Licenses are tied to a single user account and cannot be transferred or resold
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the software is prohibited
• Creating derivative works based on CheatGarden software is not permitted
• Distribution of license keys or software files to third parties is prohibited
• Access to product updates is included during the active license period

Violation of any license term will result in immediate termination without refund.

A lifetime license provides access to the product for the entire duration of its existence.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the product page. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice
• Discounts and promotions are provided when available
• All payments are final after successful processing
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
• Chargebacks will result in full account suspension

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service in connection with the following:

• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interference with the proper functioning of the Service
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Sharing, distributing, or publicly disclosing product files
• Commercial cheating services, boosting, or account selling operations

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. CheatGarden does not guarantee that:

• The software will be undetectable or will remain so at any time
• The Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at any specific time
• Any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe
• Use of the software will not result in a game account ban or other consequences

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CheatGarden is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Suspension or permanent ban of a game account as a result of using the software
• Data loss, equipment damage, or system instability
• Loss of profits, revenue, or reputation
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties

Our aggregate liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Account data (email, username) is stored securely
• Payment data is processed by third-party providers and is not stored by us
• Usage analytics may be collected to improve the Service
